1. Grocery Channel
a) purchase any two (2) Eligible Products (listed here) in one (1) transaction from a Participating Outlet displaying promotional material for this Promotion.

2. C&P/Slice/QSR Channel
a) purchase any two (2) participating products (as advertised in venue) in one (1) transaction from a Participating Venue displaying promotional material for this Promotion.

3. Licensed Channel
a) purchase any participating product (as advertised in venue) from a Participating Venue displaying promotional material for this Promotion.

4. Vending Channel
a) purchase any participating product (as advertised on point of sale) from a participating vending machine displaying promotional material for this Promotion.

a) scan the QR code on point of sale in-store; and
b) complete the online entry form at win1of50.footyfinalspromo.com.au/grocery with their personal details (first name, last name, email address and mobile number), including uploading a scanned copy or photograph of the receipt for the qualifying purchase.

2. C&P/Slice/QSR Channel
a) scan the QR code on point of sale in-store; and
b) complete the online entry form at win1of50.footyfinalspromo.com.au/entry with their personal details (first name, last name, email address and mobile number) and enter the last four (4) digits of the barcode of one (1) of the qualifying purchased products.

3. Licensed Channel
a) scan the QR code on the entry card received at the Participating Venue to access the online entry form; and
b) complete the online entry form at win1of50.footyfinalspromo.com.au/licensed with their personal details (first name, last name, email address and mobile number), including uploading a photograph of the purchased product.

4. Vending Channel
a) scan the QR code on point of sale on the vending machine; and
b) complete the online entry form at win1of50.footyfinalspromo.com.au/vending with their personal details (first name, last name, email address and mobile number) and enter the last four (4) digits of the barcode of the qualifying purchased product.

Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
• for the Grocery Channel: a maximum of one (1) entry permitted per qualifying transaction, with no daily limit on the total number of entries (each entry must relate to a separate qualifying transaction);
• for the C&P/Slice/QSR Channel: a maximum of three (3) entries permitted per person per day;
• for the Licensed Channel: a maximum of three (3) entries permitted per person per day;
• for the Vending Channel: a maximum of one (1) entry permitted per qualifying transaction, with no daily limit on the total number of entries (each entry must relate to a separate qualifying transaction); and
• each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.
The entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize. This prize limit does not apply to SA residents.

Entry is only open to Australian residents who are customers of the Promoter. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian approval to enter.
